Around 100 people took part in the walk this year. The weather was good, if a little windy and with a few patches of mud. The route was from the playing fields south across Ryelands Wood, into Upper Aynho Grounds, then north to Warren Farm. Afterwards there was a tractor ride back to the start for the barbecue.
The quiz was won by Sandy Thompson - please get in touch at web@aynho.net!

The fete was a great success with wonderful weather. Thankyou again to James Perkins for allowing the use of Aynhoe Park.

Thanks to the Friends of Newbottle and Charlton Primary School, represented by Kay Anderson and Elaine Austin, the traditional maytime celebration will continue. It had been threatened as few dancers remained from the village.
